I've got a project where I've been asked to search for "low voltage parts".
The goal is to run this widget on a single AA battery, preferably with out any
type of boost converter.
Transistors at 0.6V work ok.
Now my questions are there any FETs what work at these low voltages?
Are there any CPU's that work at less than 1.8V? I've found several at 1.8V.
Found one Epson that would work at 0.9V, but it was specific to applications
like Stop Watches.
