In fact I didn't find any reference to the chip numbers you 
mentioned. But be aware of the possibility that the codes 9051 and 
9052 can be production data, i.e. the weeks 51 and 52 of 1990.
BTW, in your text you wrote 9051, but in the subject 9501. Which one 
is right?

Try to find other production time information p.e. on other chips on 
the board. Sometimes the design date of the board is printed on the 
component side. Also the typenumber of the fluorescent display can 
help. Probably a replacement driver can be found. As these displays 
can work with a rather high voltages one IC can control the positive 
side and the other the ground side.

It is best to repeat your question and giving as much information as 
you can about the object you are involved with.
