Hi, Thanks for the information on the BYS26-xx Schottky rectifiers. I'll try to get a datasheet from Infineon.
Another question: I have two old 3-pin semiconductor devices that I suspect to be thyristors or triacs. Can anybody confirm this and supply current and voltage ratings? 1. TO 66 case, labeled "AEG ## TD3# 700 R34 20 #0", where "#" is illegible. Presumably 700V. 2. molded plastic case similar to TO 220, but with a thin central cooling flange, labeled "GE813 C10601 X258". Maybe a consumer market Triac. Thanks again. -- Author: INET: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fat City Network Services -- 858-538-5051 http://www.fatcity.com San Diego, California -- Mailing list and web hosting services --------------------------------------------------------------------- To REMOVE yourself from this mailing list, send an E-Mail message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (note EXACT spelling of 'ListGuru') and in the message BODY, include a line containing: UNSUB CHIPDIR-L (or the name of mailing list you want to be removed from).
