As some characters are illegible, why not the 3 was a B? 'TD' is a European semiconductor notification for a series of analog circuits. The 'B' specifies consumer temp range. AEG/Telefunken (formerly) was a member of the proelectron standardisation commission and it is likely that they will conform themselfs to this standard.
