Umm. ' TO 66'  - getting all technical on us now ;-). I had to look 
that one up!

I have bipolar transistors in that case (see below) with three legs. I 
haven't seen thyristors or triacs with three legs in that case.

As a holder of redundant stock (The stuff a retiring tv parts guy 
couldn't GIVE away) I can inform you this is probably a C106 thyristor. 
Similar to a TIC 206 methinks.
