Umm. ' TO 66' - getting all technical on us now ;-). I had to look that one up! I have bipolar transistors in that case (see below) with three legs. I haven't seen thyristors or triacs with three legs in that case. > > 2. molded plastic case similar to TO 220, but with a thin central > cooling flange, labeled "GE813 C10601 X258". Maybe a consumer market > Triac. As a holder of redundant stock (The stuff a retiring tv parts guy couldn't GIVE away) I can inform you this is probably a C106 thyristor. Similar to a TIC 206 methinks. -- Regards, Declan Moriarty. -- Author: Declan Moriarty INET: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fat City Network Services -- 858-538-5051 http://www.fatcity.com San Diego, California -- Mailing list and web hosting services --------------------------------------------------------------------- To REMOVE yourself from this mailing list, send an E-Mail message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (note EXACT spelling of 'ListGuru') and in the message BODY, include a line containing: UNSUB CHIPDIR-L (or the name of mailing list you want to be removed from).
