Static is hardly the problem? I have a recent thread on @post design
stage obstacles' which threw up a lot of worthwhile links as to EU law.
If you deleted them, I'll forward what I kept to you privately to track
down that eu law.

BTW, have you thought of retaining an Irish  or EU solicitor. He'd have his
hands on the laws. I suppose that came to me because my brother is a
solicitor, but you can be sure there are plenty of them out there.
