    Except that the intel 2104, 2107 and 2116 are all DRAMs (4k, 4k and 16k 
respectively). AFIK Intel never made any "big" DRAMs.

  That's interesting. Which model TRS-80?  I was looking for some 2101s a while back 
but couldn't find any.
