I didn't see "SPRM" but maybe you meant SRAM.  SRAM is Static RAM,
as opposed to DRAM = Dynamic RAM.  Static RAM holds its memory
state as long as power remains applied.  With Dynamic RAM, the memory
states are stored on tiny on-chip capacitors so they drain off after several
milliseconds, requiring periodic "memory refresh" cycles to re-charge them.
Most modern memory is DRAM because it uses only 1 transistor per
memory cell.

For "AFRIK" you probably meant Jaap's use of AFIK.  I think *he* meant
to write AFAIK but maybe this is a language thing.  AFAIK is shorthand
for "As Far As I Know."
