Are you sure it is a regulator?

It rather seems to be a 3A 900V N-FET transistor, but definitely no regulator...

http://razod.free.fr/transistor.htm
http://www.gotronic.fr/catalog/actif/trans3.htm

according to Dnberg, there is a Japanese replacement part
H5NA90F1 REPLACEMENT: 2SK 1363
http://www.donberg.ie/warehs/groupsh.htm

Here is another cross-reference list, containing both devices

which reveals that the full part number of your transistor is
STH5N90FI
