I stuck my nose into a drive from a (Japanese?) Milling Machine, and
came out holding a dud transistor module. The Markings are
P 50 Z
No: 1604
They all say No: 1604. The label shows a darlington class B stage made
with NPN Bipolar transistors, and with reverse diodes incorporated. It
runs from a DC bus. Absolutely no manufacturer's markings or logo, and I
smell a spacial part here. It's three phase ~200V phase to phase, so the
most believable guess at the '1604' bit would be 160Amps/400Volts
Can anyone throw me a bone with this one?
