I need to connect one of the reset lines on a 7493 to one or
another of two outputs on that counter. Are there any TTL or
TTL compatible chips that resemble the CD4016 in that each switch on
the chip has an input, output and tristate line to turn the switch
completely off?

I thought of using a CD4016 for this purpose but I like to
save those for analog switching and I am not sure it would even work
properly at 2.4 MHZ which is the clock frequency in the circuit.

In this particular case, I need non-inverting outputs. If
there is such a device, is there also an inverting version of the same
thing?
