Yes.  I have the pin out if you need it, but I think someone gave you a link.
I like the MAC (typing on one right now, swear by it) and had the same issue when I was crossing back and forth with a Wintel and PowerPC.  There are several vendors who make adapters for just what your doing if you don't feel like whipping one up yourself... Black Box is one company.
