Comment #5 by fredsa: At this point (using the VM utilized for the test case described in comments 3+4), I can now only reproduce the inability to to check the "Mozilla Family" check box, although that is to be expected since Chrome != Mozilla. Applets are indeed working correctly and show up in "about:plugins". I will try to get access to the machine where I originally encountered the issue (=inability to check and applets not working). If not, I am fine with 'UnableToReproduce'. I can always ask to reopen if we find this reproducing consistently.
