Comment #8 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Just to recap, for my understanding: It was set to 2, you set it to 0 and UAC flipped from 'on' to 'off'. Then you changed it to 1 and UAC turned on again (and updates worked)? Also, has someone modified this value manually at some point?
