Comment #9 by andrewdeville: Yes it was set to 2 and I changed it to 0 and UAC flipped from "on" to "Off"Then you changed it to 1 and UAC turned on again (and updates worked) ALL CORRECT. This has never been changed before DELL Precision PC is running on a home network Let me know if I can provide anything else.
