Issue 3263: SSL error: MIT CA doesn't seem to work in Chrome

      Safari 3: ???
     Firefox 3: Fail
          IE 7: Fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the MIT CA and MIT personal cert via windows (more info at  
http://web.mit.edu/is/topics/certificates/)
2. Visit https://stellar.mit.edu/S/login/?
u=/S/course/9/fa08/9.011/materials.html&cookie_test=1&h=1

What is the expected result?
No warning if the MIT CA is being used as in FF and IE.

What happens instead?
SSL interstitial warning
Error 110 (net::ERR_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT_NEEDED): Unknown error.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
