Thanks for the bug report. I don't have a Bank of America account,
so I can't investigate this bug easily.
Could you please run chrome.exe with the --enable-logging command
line option? You can do that as follows:
1. Right mouse click the Google Chrome icon on your desktop and
select the "Properties" menu item.
2. Add " --enable-logging" (without the quotation marks) at the
end of the Target field. Click OK.
Now, click the Google Chrome icon to start it up. Try to log in
to your Bank of America account to reproduce the bug. Then shut
down Google Chrome.
The log file is named chrome_debug.log. It is created in the
same directory where chrome.exe is. You can find that directory
by right mouse clicking the Google Chrome icon, selecting "Properties",
and looking at the Target field.
In chrome_debug.log, please look for a line that says
"Unknown error xxx mapped to net::ERR_FAILED". Please let me
know what the value xxx is. If there are multiple such lines,
please report all the xxx values.
Remember to remove " --enable-logging" from your Google Chrome
icon on the desktop when you're done. Thanks for your help.
