I found two co-workers with a Bank of America account, and
they're able to get to the https://sitekey.bankofamerica.com/sas/signon.do
page just fine.  One of them told me that he's been using Google
Chrome to log in to his account without problem.  So I'll be
waiting for the error code info from your chrome_debug.log file.

Re: comment 2: the error message after the 302 status code
is for human consumption only.  Browsers ignore those messages.
I believe the "302 Moved Temporarily" comes from the fact
that 302 and 307 (Temporary Redirect) are very similar.
