What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download an 'exe' application from
http://vrsoft.msk.ru/Eng/downloaden.htm

What is the expected result?
The exe sucrity warning should pop up when downloading is initiated
What happens instead?
It simply starts downloading without any warning message
