I have the same problem on a 32 bit linux (opensuse 11.1) box: Didn't find JVM under /opt/google/chrome-linux/plugins chrome: ../../../../src/plugin/solaris/plugin2/common/JavaVM.c:104: InitializeJVM: Assertion `foundJVM' failed. OpenOffice path is '/usr/lib/ooo3' NPP_GetValue() NPP_GetValue() ..... while about:plugins page shows it being installed correctly: Java(TM) Plug-in 1.6.0_16 File name: libnpjp2.so The next generation Java plug-in for Mozilla browsers. I also tried using the jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so version of the Java plugin, with the same result -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
