The minimal ISP info would be to ask who your ISP is? [Note, in an unrelated network problem, users with a shared element of their setup were quick to chime in when hey saw something in the network setup that was familiar... which allowed us to focus on the common item... which (in that case) was the specific ISP] Thank you very much for taking the time to list the above items in your setup!
