Dear Eangulus, the "resizing" fix for the missing PDF has been discussed by most commenters above. Everyone should try to read the existing observations before posting his would-be new insights. S. Malacarne: please be more patient: I don't think it's so urgent if this simple way to circumvent the problem exists.
