Comment #9 on issue 25938 by jshute: no proxy settings dialog on kde http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25938
I don't actually know how to check what version of kde I'm running, but this looks like 4 to me: $ dpkg -l | grep kdebase ii kdebase-bin 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu4 I don't have any other control panel running that I can find. If I go in through system settings, I see the settings I see with "kcmshell4 proxy", where it says direct connection to the internet, which is not what chrome is using. Maybe chrome is picking up some artifact of kde3 settings left over from pre-upgrade, when it should be using kde4 settings? -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
