I have this problem all the time. I do notice that it happens sometimes when I open a link in a new tab. You can't click anything on the originating page for a while. But what's really annoying is the hotmail interface. Once I open my mail with the x thousand messages, I sometimes click 5 to 10 times on the Page 123456 or > links to get anything to happen. Its sooooo annoying. Just tried it in Firefox. Works first time and every time. This definitely kills the otherwise awesome Chrome experience. For the last few months I thought I was hallucinating.
