This is my concern. I don't have a problem with a fullscreen launch
switch - we already have other switches to start maximized or start
with certain window size. But some of this other stuff seems ad
hoc/scarier. It needs proper product definition and we need to decide
whether or not we want to support all of it. It'd be a nice to
understand how this is supported in other browsers (like IE).
