+1 for 2+1 sheriffing, as a non-pacific committer.

>From my experience, I can tell that one sheriff would be enough for
non-pacific time zone. There are not very many commits during that window,
and I was managed to investigate each issue in bots. So I personally think
it's OK if sheriffing comes more often (assuming that it's not too often).
