Greetings! I have recently had my computer taken in for a diagnostics because it wasn't booting and would frequently shut down on its own. When I got my computer back from the shop, the guy there said that it was something in my startup programs that was cause my computer problems. So he disabled most of my start up programs for me.
But now Chrome isn't launching. When I try to launch Chrome nothing happens. Could this be because there's a startup program required to be enabled? If so which one?
