Looks like you have two versions of Flash installed; to anyone who
knows, is Flash 9 working as well as Flash 10 in Chromium? Also, do
either work if both are detected?

I'm using the latest build of Chromium that's available in the
chromium-daily PPA (at the moment, that would be 22916). I don't
remember having to do anything special to get Flash working... I'll try
getting Flash 9.0 r48 and see if I can reproduce the problem.
