Evgeny: Uploads will fail if you login to gallery and then log out gmail (or after that, login to another gmail account). The problem is that when you logout the gmail, gallery should show that you logged out. However, there is several minutes of latency before gallery frontend knows you already logs out. If you upload a package in that several minutes window, you will see that annoying error. I agree that should do something to improve this, at least to warn you before you upload or give you are better error message to know why it failed.
