Thanks for the explanation but this doesn't help in my case. I've been
unable to upload an update to my extension since 30 December. I tried
logging in/out, deleting cookies, using different browsers, logging
out of other google accounts – nothing works. I'm still getting this
'unable to read file' error. Did anybody figure out how to fix it?
