Very good.posted something on this not that long ago, citing the same documents 
as Herman, however, although it is not a Churchill point, I couldn't help but 
notice that the mythology that the famine was man made is repeated. Actually 
there was a disease of the rice crop which produced quite a significant 
shortfall of rice.
