Interesting. It looks to me as though this could be in the hand of
Churchill's Private Secretary Edward Marsh and Churchill would sometimes
sign letters written out on his behalf by others. However, I would want
to see the original, and particularly to assess whether Churchill's
signature (which looks authentic) had been added later.
