Casey Newbegin [[email protected]] replied with the following: "Your inquiry was forwarded to my desk for review. I am the Museum Technician here at LBJ. I've looked into our paintings and I was unable to find one painted by Winston Churchill. We do have the famous photograph of Churchill sitting and scowling, as well as a drawing of him possibly done from life. We don't seem to have anything he created."
