As you may know, the House of Representatives appears ready to give President
Bush another $93 billion to continue his disastrous campaign in Iraq. We must
stop Congress!
Several national peace groups have joined together to organize a massive,
rolling call-in campaign leading up to the vote on the supplemental. The phones
on Capitol Hill will not be silent from now until the final vote on the funding
bill.
Tell your Representative to stand with Rep. Lynn Woolsey, who recently said
"the only money I will support for Iraq is funding that is used for the
withdrawal of every last US soldier and military contractor from Iraq."
Call your Representative to demand that they VOTE NO on the FY07 Supplemental
Appropriations Bill.
Call the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121 to be connected to your
Representative.
