Non utf8 characters are not valid when file sharing.
If you plan to use a dataset for file sharing you should create it as
utf8only.
You then would not be allowed to create such filenames.

There was also some problems with sub directories, when seeing such characters.
Dont remember exactly what the problem was. But something like?
sub directory contains file with such characters -> I can not list the contents
from CIFs.
