You are right; my graphics card (VCN 2.0) is not capable of AV1
hardware encoding at 8-10bit.

For example I just tested Andrey's cin_5.1.20250103.ubuntu2204_amd64.deb
on my ultrabook, Dell XPSÂ 13-9370, and found the Intel UHD 620 iGPU
(KBL) has
h264_vaapi_8b410 and _10b420, but not hevc_vaapi capability.
Try to comment out profile=0 or edit it to profile=2
No; I have the same errors.
