Hi, I am trying to set up correct video format settings for ouput to be suitable for standard 4/3 PAL TV.
The problem is that even I choose 720/576 canvas size and 4:3 aspect ratio, the output seems to be of proper size and aspect (checked with tcprobe), but the video has 2 horizontal black bars (top and bottom) like in 16:9 video displayed on 4/3 TV.
