Hi all.

I'm studying the twiki, with not much understanding.
I'm as stupid as a computer.
Can you help me?

From the TWIKI About fade curve keyframes

In either arrow editing mode or i-beam editing mode, move the
cursor over the curves in the timeline until it changes shape.
Then merely by clicking and dragging on the curve you can create
        a keyframe at the position.

I can create a keyframe at the position merely by clicking.
Is _and dragging_ a mistake?

After the keyframe is created, click drag on it again to
        reposition it.
If I reposition it horizontally I can't see where I'm going. So what's
for?
If I reposition it vertically I'll move the whole flat curve. At the
bottom end of the track I'll get a dark image, at the top end I'll get a
bright one. But in between I'll have 7 (seven!) cycles of dark to bright
image. What's for?

When you click-drag a second keyframe on the curve, it creates a
        smooth ramp.
If I'll drag the ramp from bottom to top I'll have a fade in with
blinking effect (7 cycles of dark to bright). It doesn't make sense to
me.

ctrl-dragging on a keyframe changes the value of either the
input control or the output control.
What are they?
ctrl-dragging on a keyframe I see a new small white square on the leash.
This is not mentioned. What is it?

Thanks in advance
Ciao
Raffaella
