A couple more things to think about with this... How do you handle the case where someone is trying to get help, and is not on-line? If you make *everything* online, then you are going to be brutal to those who may not be able to have access to an on-line connection. Also, and I don't know how much of a problem this would be, wikis can be a moving target. Nothing that can't be handled, I think, but you'd have to make sure you put some thought into both sides of the connection.
