After 2 year, I post a new complete revision of Italian cinelerra traslation (in attachments), also I've solved traslation problem on ubuntu builds.
The ubuntu problem don't have any iso-8859-* language, so you can just add cinelerra.postinst andcinelerra.postrm ( in attachments ) on trunk/hvirtual/debian and add on trunk/hvirtual/rules
dh_installdeb before dh_gencontrol. The scripts cinelerra.postinst detect ubuntu and add iso-8859-15 on running language and add a simple scripth (/usr/bin/Cinelerra) that change (on the fly) utf-8 with iso-8859-15 language settings, also modify cinelerra.desktop. The scripts cinelerra.prerm detect ubuntu and remove previously installed iso-8859-15 and /usr/bin/Cinelerra. It's all. Byez Paolo Rampino aka Akirad
