You also might want to check and see if ffmpeg will support red format. If not, they can probably make it work pretty quickly. They were able to make ffmpeg work with the output of my BlackMagic Intensity HDMI capture card in a matter of hours. If ffmpeg can support it then you can transcode to something that Cinelerra with accept.
