Most likely you are linking against MESA's libGL.so. Check to whom the
libGL.so that cinelerra links in. For example, on my system I have this:
$ ldd /usr/local/bin/cinelerra | grep libGL.so
libGL.so.1 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1 (0xb6de2000)
$ rpm -qf /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1
x11-video-nvidia-1.0.8762-1
