Can you confirm this problem?

At first I thought it didn't occur on my regular work machine (dual-core
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.40 GHz, GeForce 8500 GT), but upon closer
inspection, it /does/ occur -- it's just that the problem shows up most
prominently in relatively dark scenes.

Also, the behaviour is slightly different: Here, the brightness is only
correct when playing forward or fast forward, not in any other mode
(frame forward, normal reverse, fast reverse).

It would appear that the CPU architecture and the video driver set in
Cinelerra's preferences don't make any difference. The only thing the
two machines have in common is that they both have dual screens in
TwinView mode.
