Looks like it's still doing the 15% memory allocation. That processor memory is pretty low. Can you remove the memory-size command, and try it with the NM(s) in it? Keep an eye on the bootup process, it will usually tell you how much it's going to allocate. Like others have said, it just might not be enough. For what it's worth, I've got a 3660 with 128MB running 12.4(10) Adv IP Services. It allocated almost 13MB to IOMem, rest to Processor. With a 2 port T1 CSU and a 16 port etherswitch NM in there, it has almost 9MB of IOMem free. Doesn't use much. Maybe try 5 or 10 % if you feel you must use the memory-size command. Easiest solution might be the 128MB RAM route though. Sounds like you need just 1 more 32MB memory module. http://www.memoryx.net/mem364032d.html $37....
