Same message here, with SXH3a and SXI. But it never took any sort of
"noticeable" time.
This is likely related to the intro of VSS, which does take forever to
sync the VLAN DB and was intro'ed in SXH.

I'd guess that this might be different in a VTP environment with
"lots of"
devices. We don't use VTP (anmore), though, so I wouldn't know.
