ME6524 is able to do point-to-point Ethernet L2 circuits (EoMPLS), not point-to-multipoint (VPLS). ME6524 can be part of a H-VPLS hierarchy as a leaf, not as a node, which is very similar to do point-to-point because the multipoint decisions are made on th node.
