Yes, 7200 is acting as LNS running L2TP. No service-policy on the main level interface..Just on sub-interfaces.... What's your idea on this?

Did you have some subscriber stuff on 7200, PPPoE, PPPoA, L2TP? If not, do you also have service policy in main level in interface?
