I've got a 2821 running 12.4 mainline with two feeds, its 768MB RAM still has about 300MB free. You should be fine. 15.0 or 15.1 will probably use more RAM, but if you're anywhere near 500MB free, the second feed shouldn't use any more than 100MB additional.
