Hi Lelio,
thanks for your reply. But is it sure that Standard is discontinued even
for 11.5? Do you have a document for that?
I can't find an EOS-EOL notice. Besides, i can still put the addon
license in the CCW even for 10.6.

We feel your pain Antonis.
There are a few examples of products and/or programs being
discontinued which have caused people similar (budgetary) issues.
The most recent I can think of is CUWL PRO being replaced by CUWL
Meetings.
In situations like this, I think it's important to reach out to your
account team to (try and) help make the migration a bit less painless.

Hi all,
thanks for the reply. Well i am kind of shocked! I have my customers
getting their software license support in order to be able to upgrade
their product as long of course it exists.
We and they get a budget for that and do the math for next year
(support renewal etc).
And is it sure that Standard License will be discontinued? Even for 11.5?
So if now we upgrade to 11.5 standard we will face the problem again
in a year or so?

This is probably a good thread to also mention that UCCX Premium will
come bundled with an HA license and CUIC Premium (still need to
install on separate server though).

Oh yeah, I forgot about the piece that they’re doing away with QM
as well, in favor of upgrading all to AQM (basically the same
plus screen recording). There’s still the basic call recording
option if you want to drop a tier there though.

i am really confused so i would your opinion on that:
I have recently seen this EOL-EOS notice regarding UCCX Standard

So, addon licenses are still available but NEW licenses are EOS

Does this mean that Standard version is going to be dissmissed
and all
customers should move to Enhanced or Premium?
