When you say v11.something and onward, are you referring to CUCM v11.something, or Jabber v11.something?

This comes as part of the default UPN (User Principal Name) behavior (v11.something and onward) of the user logged into the Windows PC. You can turn it off with a command line switch during installation but for the time being, a cache reset/clear on the client will open up the username field, but it will force the UPN again.
